Membership is complimentary. Register with your name, email address and mobile number, verify both, and your account is active immediately. You can begin uploading receipts the same day.
No. Membership is free and there is no subscription of any kind.
Receipts for I HOPE. KANEBO products purchased from participating retailers, dated within 60 days of submission. The receipt must show the retailer, purchase date, the eligible product lines and the total amount.
Lay the receipt flat in even light and capture the whole document in one frame, including the header and total. Avoid folds, shadows across the text, and cropping. If the receipt is long, photograph it in good light from directly above rather than at an angle.
No. Each receipt may be submitted once. Duplicate submissions are flagged during verification and will be rejected.
Most receipts are reviewed within two working days. You will receive a notification as soon as a decision is made, and your points are credited at the same moment.
