Most receipts are reviewed within two working days. You will receive a notification as soon as a decision is made, and your points are credited at the same moment.

The most common reasons are an unreadable image, a purchase date outside the eligible window, no eligible product on the receipt, or a duplicate submission. The specific reason is always shown on the receipt's detail page.

One Beauty Point for every RM 1 of eligible spend on a verified receipt, unless a campaign is running. Points appear in your account the moment your receipt is approved.

Points are valid for 18 months from the date they are credited. Your points page shows exactly how many are expiring and when, and we notify you before anything lapses.
