1. Use of the Website

These terms govern your use of the I HOPE. KANEBO website and the Beauty Club member portal. By using either, you agree to them.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account or system, or interfere with its normal operation.

2. Membership

Membership of the Beauty Club is free and open to individuals aged 16 or over who hold a Malaysian WhatsApp number. Your WhatsApp number identifies your account and is how you sign in.

Each person may hold one membership account, and each WhatsApp number may be registered once. Accounts are personal and may not be transferred, sold or shared.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account.

We may suspend or deactivate an account where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached — for example, submitting receipts that are not your own or attempting to claim the same purchase more than once.

3. Receipt Submission

Receipts must relate to your own purchase of eligible I HOPE. KANEBO products from a participating retailer, and must be submitted within the eligible window shown at the point of upload.

Each receipt may be submitted once. Duplicate submissions are identified during verification and will be rejected.

The receipt image must show the retailer, purchase date, eligible products and total in full and be legible.

Verification is carried out by our team and typically completed within two working days. We may request further information before making a decision.

We reserve the right to reject any receipt that cannot be verified, and to reverse points awarded where a submission is later found to be invalid.

4. Beauty Points

Points are credited at the rate published in the programme at the time your receipt is approved, and appear in your account immediately upon approval.

Points hold no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred between accounts, or sold.

Points expire according to the validity period published in the programme, counted from the date they are credited. Your points page shows exactly what is expiring and when.

We may adjust a member's points balance to correct an error, reverse a fraudulent claim, or apply a goodwill credit. Every adjustment is recorded and visible in your points history.

5. Rewards and Redemption

Rewards are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or substituted where necessary.

Redemption is final. Once a redemption is confirmed the points are deducted and cannot be reinstated, except where we are unable to fulfil the reward.

Physical rewards are delivered to addresses within Malaysia only, within the timeframe stated on the reward.

E-voucher codes are issued to a single member and are valid until the expiry date shown. A code that has been issued cannot be reissued or replaced if lost through your own account.

Where we cannot fulfil a confirmed redemption, we will reinstate the points used.

6. Referral Programme

Referral rewards are awarded only when the referred person registers using your invitation code and completes the qualifying requirement published in the programme.

Sharing or clicking an invitation link does not itself earn points.

Each person may be referred once. Self-referral, and the creation of accounts for the purpose of claiming referral rewards, will result in the removal of those rewards and may result in suspension.

7. Changes to the Programme

We may amend these terms or the structure of the programme. Where a change materially affects your accrued points or an outstanding redemption, we will give reasonable notice.

We may withdraw the programme entirely, giving members reasonable notice and an opportunity to redeem their outstanding points.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or participation in the programme.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
